General<\/h3>\n<p>These conditions apply to all cycling holidays offered by Ride-It!<\/p>\n<p>By booking, the customer agrees to these conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Booking Payment<\/h3>\n<p>A booking is final upon receipt of a down payment of 25% of the total amount.<\/p>\n<p>The remaining amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before departure.<\/p>\n<p>For bookings within 6 weeks before departure, the full amount is due immediately.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Cancellation by the Customer<\/h3>\n<p>Cancellation must be made in writing.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation fees:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 42 days before departure: 25% of the travel sum<\/li>\n<li>42\u201321 days: 50% of the travel sum<\/li>\n<li>21\u20137 days: 75% of the travel sum<\/li>\n<li>Less than 7 days: 100% of the travel sum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Cancellation or Changes by the Organization<\/h3>\n<p>Ride-It! reserves the right to cancel the trip in case of force majeure or insufficient participants (minimum 4).<\/p>\n<p>In case of cancellation by us, the customer will receive a full refund of the travel sum.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Liability<\/h3>\n<p>Participation in the cycling holiday is at one&#8217;s own risk.<\/p>\n<p>Ride-It! is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or theft.<\/p>\n<p>The customer is responsible for their own bicycle and equipment, unless a rental bike is included.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Travel Details<\/h3>\n<p>Included: accommodations, route information, luggage transport (if applicable).<\/p>\n<p>Not included: travel insurance, roadside assistance (unless stated otherwise).<\/p>\n<h3>7. Health and Fitness<\/h3>\n<p>The participant declares to be in good physical condition and to have sufficient cycling skills.<\/p>\n<p>Any medical restrictions must be reported in advance.<\/p>\n<h3>8. Insurance<\/h3>\n<p>Customers must arrange their own valid travel insurance.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation and\/or bicycle insurance is recommended.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Complaint Procedure<\/h3>\n<p>Complaints must be reported on-site so that a solution can be sought.<\/p>\n<p>Written complaints must be submitted no later than 14 days after the end of the trip.<\/p>\n<h3>10.
